During my stay, only one lift was operational, which made accessing the upper floors a frustrating experience. the cleaning staff did not replace the towels even when I left them on the floor as a signal. I had a consistent worry that my towels were not clean, as they would just be folded back without any change.

Had a lovely stay! The room was basic but kept super clean every day. The staff were super helpful, especially at the lobby bar where I enjoyed some great cocktails. It’s just 2 mins to the beach, which was amazing! Only thing was the pool could've been warmer—but still worth it for a dip!

the view from our room was amazin, and the food choice was huge and always fresh, super yummy! staff were really friendly and helpful, especially lucia at the reception. also, the pool wasn't crowded at all which was nice for chillin. it's just a short walk to the beach and shops, perfect location!

the noise from the trains was kind of annoying and my room could've used a bit more soundproofing. oh, and the towels weren't always replaced properly which was a bit of a letdown.
